Processing Time: All Sovereign Mint rings are handcrafted to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for your ring to be forged, finished, and prepared for shipment. Rush commissions may be available — contact us before ordering to inquire.
Shipping Methods & Carriers: Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking provided. Domestic orders are shipped with signature confirmation for security.
Estimated Delivery (after processing):
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
Order Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
International Orders: Customers outside the US are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon delivery.

Made-to-Order Policy: Every Sovereign Mint ring is individually handcrafted to your exact specifications. Because each piece is a unique, custom commission, we do not accept returns or exchanges on completed orders.
Free Resizing Guarantee: If your ring does not fit upon arrival, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will resize it at no additional bench cost. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your ring arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
Sizing Responsibility: We strongly recommend professional sizing before ordering. Because rings are forged to your specified size, incorrect sizing provided by the customer does not qualify for a free remake — however, our resizing guarantee still applies.
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
